I can't stand it! I pre-ordered this book months ago and Haven't received it yet. Anxiety in the morning as I wait for the mail carrier, and then disappointment when the book hasn't arrived. Can't wait!

Howdy! I'm a fan of Wendy's and cats. My cat Henrietta looks so much like the one you've pictured that I thought it was my "Henny Penny" (cos' often thinks the sky is falling).

Is there anyway you could schedule her to come to NW AR? Theres a great little store, Knit Wicks, in Rogers that is often busy on the weekends! I know that Elizabeth and crew would welcome the chance to have a knitting celebrity there for an afternoon :-)
Thanks for the wonderful review, I plan to order her books shortly from Amazon.

Aimee is correct -- none of the 20 patterns are available anywhere else -- apart from the 3 generic "sock templates" offered (the plain socks knit in white)

B has a great question - as far as I know none of these socks are available anywhere else. I know none of these are available as single patterns at The Loopy Ewe.

I emailed B as well, but thought I would mention it here too!

The question I have - are all these patterns new or if we have the single patterns purchased from the Loopy Ewe will we be purchasing them again. I don't know what the Table of Contents shows but you might want to suggest to Wendy to mention this in her blog to increase sales. That is why I did not preorder the book, I just thought I'd look at it at the bookstore and make my decision then. I did not purchase her first book because there was the black and white pages issue. She does make great patterns. If you know the answer to this question, please email when you have time. Thanks

I was intending to pre-order Wendy's book, but after your fabulous review I immediately pre-ordered it and can hardly wait for a couple of weeks yet when it comes out!

Beautiful kitty. I, also, am very much looking forward to Wendy's book. I am currently knitting her Loopy Laces pattern.
