Wow. The Yarn Harlot made it to Charlotte finally. And I would like to say that it was as much fun as the one in Atlanta in September, but it would be a lie – it was better. Really just because the trip back was a 20 minute and uneventful drive which didn’t include being hit on in a gas station of the worst EVER planned exit from the interstate with no entrance back on.

But Stephanie Pearl-McPhee made it to Charlotte and the knitters came. Even though not a BIT of promotion was done and not a single phone call from the Borders returned, the knitters came.

We had fun listening to Stephanie – and I highly suggest you go again!

I didn’t stay to have my book signed, I had driven the gimpified Dani to the event and she needed to go, so Corey was sweet enough to get our books signed. We love you, Corey!

Thanks to everyone who came to Charlotte from far away – Sallee – you were a delight to meet – as was everyone else! We hope you enjoyed our city – come back soon!
Take 2!

So sad I missed it – kiddie issues. But thanks for the pics, looks like a nice little crowd!
I can see how 40 minutes is much better than 40 hours of driving, but I wasn’t there, so there’s no possible way it could be better.
I’m glad y’all had fun!
That is actually a damn good picture of me and Dani!
It was my pleasure to get your books signed for you
. She was so sweet and I was still a little star struck when I got up there, but I held it together!!!!!
I shall post pictures soon!
Aww, that was a sweet pic of Corey and Dani!
Once again, Aimee to the rescue!
Great picture of Corey and Dani. What was that person pointing to behind YH? Like, how dare you take a picture. Sniff, I was sorry to have missed it!
