It is too bad, because you are totally right, no one that you told her story to will ever buy from her again; and if she allows her employees to act that way, she will not remain in business for long. Perhaps to stick it to her, you could write to the local paper, and discuss the anonymous store and the business and ask why people who depend on customers for business insist on being asshats!<br/>(such a good word) some people are just really biznitches.
